Who We Are

Our Owner and Pit Master

Dana Christensen, Owner and Pit Master, trained in Austin, TX to learn the art of true Texas Pit BBQ. She perfected her methods with over a decade of practice, building her skills and bringing them to Colorado. Dana has a passion for her trade, smoking meat fresh daily.

Come in and meet our Pit Master and swap stories. There's nothing more satisfying than that first juicy cut from a brisket cooked low and slow!
